Tractors that are often “working hard” in the fields are often covered with problems due to the sun, rain and complex environments. At this time, daily repairs and maintenance are very important, especially the following main parts The daily maintenance of the machine should not be forgotten.
Common damage and problems with tractor clutch pressure plates include uneven wear on the working face, strain grooves, and warping and cracking. If it is mildly worn, consider repairing the pressure plate with sandpaper.
If the flatness error of the working surface of the pressing plate is greater than 0.12mm, or the depth of the groove caused by scratches is greater than 0.5mm, it needs to be repaired by surface grinding. However, the total grinding amount generally cannot exceed the limit of 1-1.5mm, and the pressure plate after grinding needs to be re-balanced.
If the power transmission hole and pin of the middle pressure plate of the double-plate clutch, or when the fit gap between the force transmission groove and the block exceeds the specified value, it is necessary to change the position and open or directly replace the hole groove. In addition, if the crack length of the clutch cover is greater than 100 mm, it will be scrapped and cannot be used any longer. When the crack length is less than 100 mm, it can be considered to be repaired by welding.
The maintenance of the driven plate of the tractor starts with the steel sheet, and uses a small hammer to tap the riveted part of the driven plate plate and the connecting plate to confirm whether it is loose. If it is loose or even broken, it needs to be riveted again or replaced directly.
Then check the friction plate. Check the axial runout of the friction plate with a dial indicator, and the allowable axial runout limit is 0.2mm. If it exceeds the limit value, use a fork wrench to correct or replace the friction plate with a new one. It should be reminded that when measuring the axial runout of the friction plate, the driven plate should be installed on the new input shaft.
Then check the friction lining surface for uneven wear, dirt, hardening or cracks. If the friction lining is seriously worn, or there are more than two cracks, it needs to be riveted again. If there is a slight oil stain on the surface, it can be removed with a blowtorch flame, and if it is slightly burnt, it can be polished with sandpaper.
Then what needs to be checked is whether each rivet is loose. The height of each rivet from the surface of the friction plate can be measured with a depth gauge, and it should not be less than 0.3mm, which means that the friction plate is severely worn and the friction plate must be replaced.
